Contest feedback!

Hello everyone! As you know we have concluded the first contest. We are all very happy with the number of submissions and the result we got out of it. We intend to do a second contest which instead is about designing our wiki / website. But before announcing this contest we would like your feedback.

What was good with the first contest, what was bad, what was damn ugly?

Next steps: About voting

Hello everyone! Now that all logos are posted we are ready to start voting. Since we have well over hundred entries this will take a while. Expect the final result with in one and a half week to two weeks. Sorry about the delay but we want to make sure we get it right :-)

We will be using the condorcet voting method to decide what logo that represent XMMS2 best.

Keep your fingers crossed!

Logo 04 update by Yohm

OK! Now I got it correct. This is the last post I am doing (haha, third time I have said that now!). But there was a updated logo that was sent in before the deadline. Enjoy.

"Ropa inte hej ..."

"Ropa inte hej förenns du är över ån", it's a Swedish saying. It more or less means that you shouldn't count the points until the ball is in the goal. That's what I did yesterday when I said that all logos was uploaded. I missed a few, and I am really really sorry. Let's blame someone, I am blaming the cola for not containing not enough caffeine to make me more alert.
