Megaphone by SombrErrancE

This submission came with 3 different images: a colour version of the megaphone, a black and white version of the same thing, and a different concept for icons.

Not sure how well this works as a logo but the graphics are AWESOME! I love this.

Thank you for your feedback. Comments are welcome please ! I try to make a funny and dynamic logotype. It's my first serious work with Inkscape. It's a very interesting software. I work on a second submission, I hope you'll see this soon.

PS : my real pseudo is SombrErrancE but Betadine 500 is ok...

I like the smaller ones, but the larger ones, bleh

I like them both. I could see the megaphone becoming a sort of mascot like Tux.

Sorry about the naming issue, sombrerrance.. your name on your e-mail was 'Betadine 500'. I'll fix this later tonight.

@ eleusis : it's not important :) I had sent my contribution too fast, and I forgot this information. Thank you.

@ puzzles : I'm very flattered by your comparaison, it's also my vision of this logo, a mascot.

@puzzles

I agree. I could imagine the megaphone being symbolic to XMMS2.

Hey, sombrerrance...could you teach the rest of us how to draw?

This is very good. I am looking forward to see more submissions from you!

@ heathenx : I'm not sure you are serious, but I think that I can explain the way I use to make this style of illustration. But I'm not able to teach everyone how to draw, because I'm not very strong in drawing. If you want, you can send an e-mail at contact@sombrerrance.com with your questions, or maybe I can write a little tutorial.

@ tobias : Thank you very much... I will try do my best. ;)

@sombrerrance

You are very talented. Richard and I post short tutorials on youtube when we can (although Richard's are more interesting than mine). You could do the community a favor by posting some clips. Video tutorials are a great way to teach.

I'm with Tobias...I would like to see more of your artwork.

@ heathenx

It's a good idea, but it will be a first time for me ^^... Maybe I'll need some help ;)
