I'm no artist, but as I'm looking through these, I'm becoming able to pick out what methods artists have used to make their logos jump from the page. I'm seeing perspective, shading, lighting/shadowing, color choice, and gloss in other submissions. Your logo is missing these and it appears flat. Granted, your gradient work is a big step up from matte colors, it still looks very two-dimensional. I can see you stuck bright, pastel colors over dark colors which should be the opposite to make it stand out, but that's just a start...
