Hello ! I think that the reflect is too hard, maybe you can make this less visible. Also I don't like the 3 visual at the right (maybe the splash ?). But the icon is better in "3d", more dynamical... I love the web2.0 style but with reflect less hard. I hope my opinion is constructive for your work.
